The Vibrations and Mechanical Strength Laboratory has a large team of experts oriented to product development and to compliance with specific regulations, both standards and companies’ internal regulations.
Vibration tests that can test the three axes. Possibility of simultaneous testing thanks to two vibration systems.
The equipment is operated by that are staff highly qualified in this kind of testing, which makes our Laboratory a wise choice.
Fatigue Tests
The INSIA’s Vibrations and Mechanical Strength Laboratory places full equipment at your disposal for simulating the life cycles of those products that are subjected to cyclical forces in their working conditions.
We have special facilities for this type of testing. High tech hydraulic equipment with a software controller for the simulation of all kinds of forces.
Mechanical Strength Tests
The INSIA’s Vibrations and Mechanical Strength Laboratory has special facilities for testing parts and structures submitted to large static forces.
It has hydraulic equipment capable of reaching 250 kN in compression force and 170 kN under traction. This covers client specifications as well as a large number of regulations and Directives.
There is also a bench for specifically testing seats, their safety belts and fastenings.
