Con el fin de paliar esas carencias, se ha venido promoviendo el desarrollo e incorporaci\u00f3n en los veh\u00edculos de sistemas de asistencia orientados a proporcionar informaci\u00f3n adicional, alertar de situaciones potencialmente peligrosas o, incluso, actuar ante dichas situaciones. Dentro del proyecto \u201cSistema de activaci\u00f3n de medidas pre-colisi\u00f3n para evitar accidentes en entornos urbanos. SAMPLER\u201d se ha trabajado en la detecci\u00f3n de obst\u00e1culos de forma fiable y en la automatizaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos con el fin de que sean capaces de realizar maniobras de forma aut\u00f3noma para la evitaci\u00f3n de colisiones.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row use_custom_gutter=\u00bbon\u00bb gutter_width=\u00bb2&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]\n<p>Para lograr resultados positivos en los sistemas de evitaci\u00f3n de colisiones es necesario que sean capaces de enjuiciar de una forma coherente aquellas situaciones que conllevan riesgo y evitar dar falsas alarmas que lleven a acciones incorrectas y perturbadoras para el tr\u00e1fico que hagan al conductor perder su confianza en el sistema. Por ello, se plantean algoritmos que mejoran los ya existentes para la detecci\u00f3n, identificaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de obst\u00e1culos por medio de la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada por un l\u00e1ser. En concreto, las aportaciones m\u00e1s relevantes son: 1) la fusi\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n del l\u00e1ser con un sistema de posicionamiento, teniendo en cuenta la calidad de \u00e9ste \u00faltimo; 2) los criterios para la localizaci\u00f3n de obst\u00e1culos (proceso de segmentaci\u00f3n), superando las limitaciones de otros enfoques que obvian la influencia de la orientaci\u00f3n del obst\u00e1culo; 3) el m\u00e9todo de definir los ejes caracter\u00edsticos de los obst\u00e1culos, sin recurrir a valores de tolerancias dif\u00edcilmente ajustables o reduciendo la influencia de errores en las mediciones de distancias del l\u00e1ser. Estos algoritmos han sido probados empleando un l\u00e1ser Sick LRS 1000 de largo alcance, alcanz\u00e1ndose resultados satisfactorios que mejoran los proporcionados por otros m\u00e9todos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se ha desarrollado el control de bajo nivel que act\u00faa sobre los mandos del veh\u00edculo. La automatizaci\u00f3n incluye el control de la velocidad, a trav\u00e9s de acciones sobre el acelerador y el freno, y de la direcci\u00f3n. Cabe indicarse que se ha perseguido que la respuesta del sistema se aproxime, en la medida de lo posible, a la respuesta esperable de un conductor por medio de controladores borrosos de los actuadores. El dise\u00f1o de la automatizaci\u00f3n ha implicado el uso de equipos comerciales de control y el dise\u00f1o de elementos electr\u00f3nicos y mec\u00e1nicos. El sistema de control recibe las se\u00f1ales de consigna de un sistema externo de m\u00e1s alto nivel y tambi\u00e9n recoge las medidas de posici\u00f3n del volante y velocidad del veh\u00edculo. Por otra parte, act\u00faa sobre pedales y volante mediante se\u00f1ales que son distribuidas desde una tarjeta de adquisici\u00f3n a los diferentes componentes del sistema. Por \u00faltimo, se establece un sistema de seguridad de frenada de emergencia mediante un control remoto.
