_builder_version=\u00bb3.25&#8243; custom_padding=\u00bb|||\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb custom_padding__hover=\u00bb|||\u00bb][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.11.1&#8243; text_font=\u00bbRaleway||||||||\u00bb text_font_size=\u00bb12px\u00bb header_font=\u00bb||||||||\u00bb header_font_size=\u00bb20px\u00bb header_2_font=\u00bb||||||||\u00bb header_2_font_size=\u00bb19px\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Resumen:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El principal motivo para analizar nuevas alternativas a los actuales sistemas de transporte p\u00fablico urbano, est\u00e1n \u00edntimamente relacionadas con problemas energ\u00e9ticos , de movilidad urbana, de contaminaci\u00f3n global, del mantenimiento de una calidad de aire aceptablemente limpio en las \u00e1reas urbanas y de los \u00edndices de ocupaci\u00f3n y saturaci\u00f3n del espacio urbano.<\/p>\n<p>Los autobuses constituyen el sistema de transporte p\u00fablico m\u00e1s flexible y cercano al usuario de todas las alternativas existentes, presenta, adem\u00e1s, costos de operaci\u00f3n e inversiones en infraestructuras y material m\u00f3vil m\u00e1s reducidos que el metro o tranv\u00eda, respecto a este \u00faltimo presenta un \u00ednidce de ocupaci\u00f3n inferior del espacio p\u00fablico de superficie.<\/p>\n<p>La electricidad constituye el vector energ\u00e9tico\u00a0 m\u00e1s eficiente y con capacidad de proceder de fuentes renovables; la dependencia del petr\u00f3leo se ha convertido en un factor de inestabilidad pol\u00edtica y econ\u00f3mica y, a su vez, en un problema medioambiental. Por otra parte, los motores el\u00e9ctricos muestran un rendimiento muy suoerior al de los motores t\u00e9rmicos y, adem\u00e1s, son silenciosos, no contaminantes y mejor adpatados a la tracci\u00f3n terrestre. Considerando estos aspectos y la capacidad de recuperar la energ\u00eda durante la franada, demuestran las posibilidades de utilizaci\u00f3n delos autobuses el\u00e9ctricos, sin embargo, la masa y dimensiones del veh\u00edculo, conjuntamente con las condiciones de utilizaci\u00f3n del mismo, son par\u00e1metros que determinan las caracter\u00edsticas de los componentes.<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto presenta un m\u00e9todo de gesti\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda en una fuente de potencia el\u00e9ctrica h\u00edbrida para autobuses el\u00e9ctricos. Esta fuente de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica h\u00edbrida se compone de un sistema de pila de combustible como fuente principal y dos fuentes de almacenamiento de energ\u00eda, un cocnjunto de ultracondensadores y un conjunto de bater\u00edas, como fuente auxiliar. Con esta hibridaci\u00f3n, el volumen y la masa de la fuente de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica h\u00edbrida se pueden reducir, ya que la alta densidad de energ\u00eda de la bater\u00eda y la alta densidad de potencia de supercondensador se pueden combinar para optimizar dichos factores. En la estrategia de control propuesta, la pila de combustible se utiliza para gestionar la energ\u00eda entre la demandada en la tracci\u00f3n (en menor grado) y la requerida por los auxiliares, y, tambi\u00e9n,\u00a0 para repartir el flujo de energ\u00eda entre los ultrcondensadores y las bater\u00edas, que soportar\u00e1n en mayor medida la demanda en tracci\u00f3n. El reparto de potencia depende de la potencia de tracci\u00f3n, de los auxiliares de autob\u00fas y del estado de carga de los ultrcondensadores y las bater\u00edas. Se proceder\u00e1 a la modelizaci\u00f3n de todos los componentes embarcados, as\u00ed como del propio autob\u00fas, de\u00a0 los auxiliares y del ciclo de conducci\u00f3n. De esta forma, se puede obtener una valiosa herramienta de simulaci\u00f3n que adem\u00e1s sirva para poder comparar entre s\u00ed, de manera efectiva, distintos tipos de tecnolog\u00edas, a la hora de decidir cu\u00e1l es la m\u00e1s adecuada para instalar en el veh\u00edculo. Se definir\u00e1 una estrategia de control cuya principal consideraci\u00f3n es que la gesti\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda de la fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n se lleve a cabo con un algoritmo de control que cubra los diferentes modos de funcionamiento y\u00a0 que haga que el rendimiento global se maximice. En ellas se han aplicado t\u00e9cnicas estad\u00edsticas de m\u00ednimos cuadrados.<\/p><p>Posteriormente, aplicando las t\u00e9cnicas de inteligencia artificial de redes neuronales-<em>autoencoders,<\/em>\u00a0se ha corroborado que la estructura trapezoidal era la adecuada: el modelo de redes neuronales-autoencoders ha encontrado la estructura trapezoidal sin necesidad de hip\u00f3tesis previas, simplemente utilizando la informaci\u00f3n contenida en los datos.<\/p><p>Se han desarrollado modelos de Machine Learning supervisado para estimar y predecir las emisiones instant\u00e1neas en funci\u00f3n de la velocidad y sus retardos y de las condiciones ambientales.
