Finalmente, la introducci\u00f3n del modelo de UV y del algoritmo de identificaci\u00f3n en programas inform\u00e1ticos de reconstrucci\u00f3n de accidentes incrementar\u00e1 significativamente la precisi\u00f3n de los resultados de la modelizaci\u00f3n de los atropellos. Aplicaci\u00f3n a la generaci\u00f3n de patrones adaptados a exigencias medioambientales y situaciones de explotaci\u00f3n de flotas de veh\u00edculos (CICLOPE)<\/strong><\/h2><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep sep-single\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box\"><div class=\"avada-row\"><div class=\"fusion-one-half one_half fusion-layout-column fusion-column spacing-yes\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper\"><h3>Duraci\u00f3n:\u00a001\/012016 \u2013 30\/06\/2019<\/h3><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-one-half one_half fusion-layout-column fusion-column last spacing-yes\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper\"><h3>Subvenci\u00f3n: 90.000 euros<\/h3><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep sep-single\">\u00a0<\/div><h2>Resumen:<\/h2><p>Dentro del proyecto se planteaba el an\u00e1lisis te\u00f3rico \u2013experimental de los ciclos de operaci\u00f3n de autobuses, que inclu\u00eda el an\u00e1lisis de varias variables como velocidad y emisiones utilizando m\u00e9todos estad\u00edsticos avanzados.<\/p><p>En concreto se han analizado las curvas de velocidad \u00a0y se han modelado los microciclos mediante dos fases: 1) primer filtrado del ruido y 2) un ajuste a geometr\u00edas simplificadas tipo trapecio. En ellas se han aplicado t\u00e9cnicas estad\u00edsticas de m\u00ednimos cuadrados.<\/p><p>Posteriormente, aplicando las t\u00e9cnicas de inteligencia artificial de redes neuronales-<em>autoencoders,<\/em>\u00a0se ha corroborado que la estructura trapezoidal era la adecuada: el modelo de redes neuronales-autoencoders ha encontrado la estructura trapezoidal sin necesidad de hip\u00f3tesis previas, simplemente utilizando la informaci\u00f3n contenida en los datos.<\/p><p>Se han desarrollado modelos de Machine Learning supervisado para estimar y predecir las emisiones instant\u00e1neas en funci\u00f3n de la velocidad y sus retardos y de las condiciones ambientales. Se ha aplicado para este prop\u00f3sito las siguientes t\u00e9cnicas: CART-Random Forests, Boosting, Redes Neuronales y Support vector Machines.<\/p><p>La t\u00e9cnica de Random Forests ha permitido tambi\u00e9n cuantificar la importancia de las distintas variables de entrada sobre la respuesta (emisiones), y la identificaci\u00f3n de las variables sobre las que actuar con el objetivo de la optimizaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Los Random Forests tambi\u00e9n han permitido la cuantificaci\u00f3n de las incertidumbres a partir de intervalos de predicci\u00f3n generados gracias al remuestreo inherente a la t\u00e9cnica.<\/p><p>Los errores de predicci\u00f3n fuera de muestra utilizada en la construcci\u00f3n del modelo, proporcionan una validaci\u00f3n del modelo \u00a0adem\u00e1s de una fuente adicional de cuantificaci\u00f3n de la incertidumbre.<\/p><h2>Participantes:<\/h2><p>Instituto Universitario de Investigaci\u00f3n del Autom\u00f3vil (INSIA \u2013 UPM)<\/p><div class=\"fusion-clients-slider clientslider-container\"><div class=\"es-carousel-wrapper fusion-carousel-small clients-carousel\"><div class=\"es-carousel\"><div class=\"caroufredsel_wrapper\"><ul><li>\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","_et_gb_content_width":"","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"project_category":[4,93,103],"project_tag":[90],"class_list":["post-16469","project","type-project","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","project_category-accidentologia","project_category-estudios-de-transportes","project_category-proyecto-finalizado","project_tag-proyecto-nacional"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
